At St Mark’s Church we are really good at tea and cake. An idea to have a café which is a safe and welcoming space for people with memory loss and their carers came out of conversations between Revd Karen and Tina English of the charity Embracing Age. We run the café on the third Tuesday of the month. One of our neighbouring churches at St Peter and St Paul run a café on the first Tuesday of the month. We hope that other churches will join us so that we can have a café a week in the Teddington area.
